RETURN POLICY
1. TERMS AND RIGHTS
You have the option to cancel this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons.
2. CANCELLATION TIME FRAME
The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or an outsider named by you, who isn’t the transporter, took or has collected the last product.
To exercise your rights of cancellation, you should inform us (perunrace.com Media Solutions LTD, 17 Lui Aier Str, ap1, fl.1,1404 Sofia, Bulgaria, +359879452408, sales@perunrace.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail or phone call) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model GOODS RETURN FORM, ФОРМА ЗА ВРЪЩАНЕ but it’s not mandatory.
To conform to the renouncement time frame, it is adequate to send us the warning of cancellation before the finish of the cancellation time frame has elapsed.
3. PRODUCT RETURNING
After your cancellation informing email, call or letter you should return or send the products to us immediately and within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you notified us about your will to withdrawal from this agreement.
You have to bear the cost for returning the product.
All returned products should be in perfect condition, without any traces of use and wear.
If the product is damaged or not in perfect condition you may be fined up to the full price of the product.
4. PAYMENT REFUNDING
After we have received the canceled product we will refund you for all installments we have gotten from you, including shipping charges.
We will not repay any extra charges emerging from your choice of an alternate strategy for conveyance from the least expensive standard conveyance offered by us which is conveyance by post.
We will pay back no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive the returned product.
For the refund we will utilize the same payment methods that you use for the purchase. In exeptional cases an alternative refund method may be agreed. You would not be charged for this refund.

8. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY VIRTUAL RUNNING EVENT BOOKING?
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event’s date. Your booking tax will be fully refunded. After that date, you can choose another running event or challenge to participate in and complete. If this is not an option for you, please write an email to us (sales@perunrace.com) and we will consider your case and offer an option for you.

ABOUT VIRTUAL EVENTS AND CHALLENEGES
This is a fitness challenge that forces you to roll a certain distance by running, walking or cycling. Virtual running challenges can be completed anywhere and anytime. It’s a great way to keep in shape and be motivated. You can set a goal on your fitness tracker and run wherever you live at your convenient time to complete this challenge.
This is a running event with a fixed date and distance. You have to book your participation and complete the event’s distance no matter where you are and which route you run. No fixed starting hour.
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event’s date. Your booking tax will be fully refunded. After that date, you can choose another running event or challenge to participate and complete.

You will receive via email a Personal Certificate of achievement in .pdf file to print.
By booking your virtual running event participation you have a check box with a question about ranking and your will to be listed in. No matter that checkbox you can change your mind anytime – in that case, please write an email at sales@perunrace.com. The ranking list is anonymous, participants are listed by order number (country, sport, time, distance, gender).

Shipping of the award medals takes about 14 days for the EU and UK.
Award medals for challenges are shipped out within 2 business days after you report to us the completion of the challenge.
Award medals for virtual events are shipped out within 7 business days of the event’s date.
