1. TERMS AND RIGHTS
You have the option to cancel this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons.
2. CANCELLATION TIME FRAME
The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or an outsider named by you, who isn’t the transporter, took or has collected the last product.
To exercise your rights of cancellation, you should inform us (perunrace.com Media Solutions LTD, 17 Lui Aier Str, ap1, fl.1,1404 Sofia, Bulgaria, +359879452408, sales@perunrace.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail or phone call) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model GOODS RETURN FORM, ФОРМА ЗА ВРЪЩАНЕ but it’s not mandatory.
To conform to the renouncement time frame, it is adequate to send us the warning of cancellation before the finish of the cancellation time frame has elapsed.
3. PRODUCT RETURNING
After your cancellation informing email, call or letter you should return or send the products to us immediately and within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you notified us about your will to withdrawal from this agreement.
You have to bear the cost for returning the product.
All returned products should be in perfect condition, without any traces of use and wear.
If the product is damaged or not in perfect condition you may be fined up to the full price of the product.
4. PAYMENT REFUNDING
After we have received the canceled product we will refund you for all installments we have gotten from you, including shipping charges.
We will not repay any extra charges emerging from your choice of an alternate strategy for conveyance from the least expensive standard conveyance offered by us which is conveyance by post.
We will pay back no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive the returned product.
For the refund we will utilize the same payment methods that you use for the purchase. In exeptional cases an alternative refund method may be agreed. You would not be charged for this refund.

8. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I MISS THE VIRTUAL RUNNING EVENT DATE?
In that case please write an email to sales@perunrace.com. We will consider other options for you.
8. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY VIRTUAL RUNNING EVENT BOOKING?
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event’s date. Your booking tax will be fully refunded. After that date, you can choose another running event or challenge to participate in and complete. If this is not an option for you, please write an email to us (sales@perunrace.com) and we will consider your case and offer an option for you.
